LOAM stems from our locally successful catering company, Ø Horizon Provisions, which was founded in 2020 during the height of the pandemic. LOAM stems from our locally successful catering company, Ø Horizon Provisions, which was founded in 2020 during the height of the pandemic. Our hard work & tenacity provided us with a foundation of amazing clients patiently awaiting the opening of our own hospitality space in May of 2023. As multi-generation Yamhill County residents, we source all of our ingredients from small local farmers including our grass-fed beef, pasture raised pork, and thoughtfully grown produce. We refuse to compromise on quality to make a buck and we pride ourselves on our integrity. We source our fresh ingredients from small local farmers, local farmers' markets, we forage mushrooms ourselves, and utilize as local of ingredients as possible. No matter what time of year, you can be sure you're eating the best of the season.
